IMPACT 11

IMPACT 11 presents the best physical theatre from around the world alongside the latest in Canadian intercultural theatre. It provides a unique platform to engage in meaningful activity and discussion with over 100 performing artists from Waterloo Region and abroad.

IMPACT 11 also features a national 3-in-1 symposium, Staging Displacement: Producing and Presenting Difference, with sessions held by Performance Creation Canada (PCC) and Cultural Pluralism in the Performing Arts Ontario (CPPAMO) — custom designed to address issues of Canadian intercultural theatre; plus a micro-symposium developed and implemented by regional youth to discuss theatre culture & stagecraft.

IMPACT 11 also features other events including master classes, feedback sessions with visiting artists at local restaurants, workshop presentations, soundwalks and live performances at the theatre bar.
